All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 3 PM EST will be processed the following business day. Please note that processing times may take slightly longer during peak seasons or sales events.

Pre-Order Policy
Pre-orders are items purchased before their official release. Since these products are not in stock at the time of purchase, they will be shipped within 25 to 30 days. This allows us to receive the products from our manufacturer and prepare them for shipping. Pre-ordering ensures you secure your item in advance, and we appreciate your patience as we fulfill your order.

Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer Standard Shipping with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days after the order has shipped. International shipping is also available to select destinations, with delivery times varying by location, generally 7-10 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment on the carrier’s website.
